Why Choose Us

Why ParsProperty for Property Sales

Complete Legal Consultation

Every transaction is backed by experienced real estate attorneys (Vakil Melki) who cover every aspect of the sale — from title verification to deed transfer.

Risk Reduction

We conduct thorough document verification and legal status checks on your property before listing — protecting you from legal complications and ensuring a clean title transfer.

Time & Energy Savings

We manage every administrative step from end to end. You don't need to travel to Iran, chase documents, or navigate unfamiliar bureaucracy. We handle it all — from valuation to settlement.

International Reach

We specialise in serving the Iranian diaspora across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the UAE. Our team understands both the Iranian property market and the financial systems of your destination country.

Beyond Iran

Property in More Than One Country?

Many of our clients hold property in more than one country — a Tehran apartment alongside a London flat, a Mashhad villa and a Dubai investment unit. We coordinate the sale of these overseas properties through vetted local partners in your jurisdiction, so you have a single point of contact across your Iran and overseas dispositions.

Iran remains our specialist offering, delivered in-house through our 35+ year partner law firm. Outside Iran, we operate as a coordination layer: we manage timing, fund flow, and tax sequencing across both sales — the legal sale in each jurisdiction is delivered by the licensed partner there (a solicitor, conveyancer, real estate attorney, or licensed agent depending on the market).

Coordinated overseas sales are scoped during your free consultation. Specific partner relationships are disclosed in your engagement letter before any introduction is made.

How It Works

The 6-Step Sales Process

From the moment you engage us to the day the funds land in your international account — here is exactly what happens. We handle every step on your behalf.

Our Fee Commitment

No fees until your property sells. Our service charge is deducted only from the final sale proceeds. You never pay upfront.

  • 01

    Appoint an Experienced Attorney

We assign a qualified real estate attorney (Vakil Rasmi) from our partner network who will represent you throughout the entire process.

  • 02

Review Legal Status & Property Deed

Your attorney verifies the property's legal standing, reviews the title deed (Sanad Melk), and checks for any outstanding liabilities before the property is listed.

  • 03

    Accurate Property Valuation

We arrange valuation through local market analysis, court-appointed certified appraisers (Karshenas Rasmi Dadgostari), or assessment by three credible agencies — whichever is most appropriate.

  • 04

Draft & Sign the Sales Contract

A draft sales contract is prepared for your review. It is then signed by you (or your licensed representative) and the buyer. Non-Iran residents complete this via the Michak electronic notary system (Samane Michak).

  • 05

    Official Title Transfer

Your attorney oversees the official deed transfer at a registered notary office (Enteghal Sanad Rasmi). Payment conditions: typically 70–80% at contract signing, remainder at deed transfer.

  • 06

Fund Transfer to Your International Account

Once the sale completes, we coordinate the secure transfer of your proceeds to your nominated international bank account — with full accounting provided.
